OBJECITVE:
To provide cash assistance to the 157 disadvantage/displaced workers from the informal sectors in the Municipality of Bantayan through the TUPAD program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

RESULTS:
Based on the daily monitoring of the number of beneficiaries present from day 1 to day 10 of implementation.
·      Total no. of Beneficiaries completed the 10-day activity = 156 (1 no show) Proposed = 157 beneficiaries
·      Total no. of sacks of collected and segregated garbage = 6,892 (only 46% from the target of 15,000 sacks)

Variance is due to the following factors:
1.       Identification of garbage as to what group based on the current guidelines for the 9 types of garbage to be segregated.
2.       Another factor is due to natural phenomenon, heavy rains during working hours and high tide.  These factors must be considered in the planning process for this type of activity.
